We normally do not accept returns on a custom made or personalized item. Your order is being made especially for you and typically cannot be resold. If there is a gross error on our part, or a manufactures defect, we’ll generally send out a new item. We reserve the right to replace or repair your item at our discretion. We truly want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. All sales are final on retired or clearance items.
All returns must have prior authorization

You must include your name, telephone number, order number and a brief description of problem so we may properly assist you. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments sent to us. Packages do and have gotten lost so please insure your package. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse credit or acceptance of a return if it is not in its original condition.
Items must be returned within 15 days (in original condition).
Leave all tags and labels attached.
Items must be received within 30 days after authorization.
When received, we will refund or exchange the cost of the item.
Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping and handling fees.
Allow two weeks for your refund/credit to be issued.

A gift Certificate will be issued for the amount of the item.
Gift certificate will be good for one year (1) from issuance.
No cash/credit refund will be given for the unused portion of the gift certificate.
Total amount of purchase exceeding the gift certificate is the responsibility of the buyer, via credit card or other form of payment.
