We normally do not accept returns on a custom made or personalized item. Your order is being made especially for you and typically cannot be resold. If there is a gross error on our part, or a manufactures defect, we’ll send out a new item. We reserve the right to replace or repair your item at our discretion. We truly want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
All returns must have prior authorization
To obtain a Return Authorization, email or call us (606) 594-9778. You must include your name, telephone number, order number and a brief description of problem so we may better assist you. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments sent to us. Packages do and have gotten lost so please insure your package.
We reserve the right to refuse credit or acceptance of a return if it is not in its original condition.
Items must be returned within 15 days (in original condition). Leave all tags and labels attached. When received, we will refund or exchange the cost of the item.
Most throws and pillows are stitched and shipped within 24 hours. We give priority to sympathy throws. They ship within 24 hours. All other products ship within 24-48 hours. Priority Express orders supersede all other orders with same day shipping. All our sympathy throws, and pillows are individually packed for shipping and ready for display at a funeral home. All orders are shipped insured. The customer chooses shipping details at checkout.
With each order, we’ll email an order confirmation upon receiving, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number upon completion. We recommend you choose the Express Mail option if the order must be received quickly.
Delivery time is completely out of our hands once your item has been shipped.
PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING
Non-Gift Box option:
Throw is folded and secured with a stretch loop. Your order is individually packaged in a polybag for shipping.
Gift Box option:
Throw is folded and secured with a 1.5″ bow. Coordinating tissue is added to the inside of a white gift box. The box is then added to a polybag for shipping.
Both options include gift card with your message and a zippered vinyl keepsake bag.
We will be happy to forward your order directly to the recipient. All our throws and pillows are individually packed for shipping and presentation per the gift packaging option you choose during checkout and described above. For drop shipping make sure the Ship To address is correct during checkout. We will ship to the address provided.
